You graduated in Engineering and have already 4-5 years of overall work experience (preferably in the “operations” field), of which at least 2 in Continuous Improvement area. The fluency in English and Italian are mandatory.

Job Description
The Continuous Improvement System Coordinator provides leadership, mentoring, training and support to the site in an effort to achieve “Best-in-Class” performance by eliminating waste across all core and supporting processes, improving safety, quality, delivery, and cost to meet our customers’ needs while creating an environment focused on continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Leads and drives lean transformation and change initiatives to create and sustain a world-class operations site for instantaneous recognition of waste in all areas.
- Serves as a change facilitator, develops and collaborates with site lean facilitators and tool coordinators, and influences site management in the transformation to and/or in support of a continuous improvement culture.
- Implements continuous improvement activities in all major lean disciplines in alignment with strategic initiatives and objectives.
- Facilitates and/or conducts lean training programs, Kaizen events, and other lean initiatives. Assesses, coaches, and provides constructive feedback to teams to strengthen lean competencies at the site.
- Develops and manages multiple process, long and short-term, sustainable, lean-related visual action plans and deploy the annual facility Continuous Improvement Plan
- Monitors existing and new manufacturing processes for improvement opportunities in safety, quality, delivery, and cost through lean problem solving methodology.
- Tracks, measures, and reports progress on improvements using standard, established Key Performance Indicators.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge through world class lean manufacturing benchmarking
- Solid knowledge and demonstrated understanding of Toyota Productions System and methodologies such as: A3 Development and Management, Process Flow Mapping, Value Stream Mapping, 5S/Visual Factory, TPM, SMED, Standard Work, Process Problem Solving, Built In Quality, Just In Time, Kaizen/Continuous Improvement, Hoshin Kanri
- Proficiency with personal computer applications, required (Excel, Word, Visio, MS Project and Power Point).
