En búsqueda del mejor talento para: Trainer
- Ensures that all manufacturing associates are trained and qualified per applicable specification / procedures, according to the Training process.
- Assign applicable tests/ exams to evaluate training effectiveness.
- Documents training activities and verify training documentation
- Assists in the development of effective training programs and materials as needed.
- Support in the maintenance of training files.
- Assist associates in the troubleshooting of machines.
- Assist with administrative (clerical) activities as required to the Training department.
- Performs and coordinates training activities as required.
- Keeps open communication with manufacturing (supervisors/group leaders) to ensure training needs are met
- Supports associates level VII with their training activities
- Participate in Safety initiatives across the plant.
- To know and comply with all safety regulations established by the company
- Use personal protective equipment to execute a job in a SAFE manner
· Report any identified safety hazard in the plant
- Ensure compliance to the quality policy in all activities
- Support and promote the safety and industrial hygiene objectives of the plant.
Qualifications
Requerimientos
Educacion: Junior High School education or equivalency
Previous Manufacturing experience
Multi- functional; Knowledge of various areas of production
Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division)
High degree of visual ability
Manual ability and visual coordination to work with microscopes and eyepieces
1-3 years in a Medical Device Manufacturing Environment is a plus
Leadership skills.
PC Literacy Skills preferred
Ability to handle multiple tasks.
Excellent Communication Skills
Good Understanding of Safety, Ergonomics and ISO requirements.
