Job Location: Rome, Italy
Based ideally from Roma, the Partner Account Manager (PAM) will be a key part of the Italy sales team reporting directly to the District Manager for the region.
Primary Responsibilities:
- To manage all aspects of relationships between RSA and select number of RSA Solution partners to identify and close new end user customers for RSA
- To manage all aspects of relationships between RSA and the nominated channel partners account list as defined
- Assisting these Partners at the end user to close new customer and revenue opportunities for RSA
- Ensure the Partner is motivated to sell and support the complete range of RSA products.
- Identify a range of new reseller partners to RSA and develop these partners into Solutions Partners within the Securworld program.
- Ensure the Partner has the appropriate resources to sell and support the complete range of RSA products
- To drive new business from Reseller partners and new end users across the whole RSA products range
- Execution of Sales and Marketing campaigns with these partners to deliver new sales to RSA
- To utilise the provided tools with the partner such as accelerate time to revenue, partner selection screens, revenue readiness to ensure maximum productivity and sales from the partner
- Work with the relevant EMC sales person to actively close new business for RSA
- Visit and educate the Channel Partners in both Sales and Technical and Operational areas and sign partner to the nominated RSA programs
- To promote new product lines and/or applications within the Partners organisation where appropriate and identify new opportunities for RSA Products with new end user customers
- Ensure all deals that are forecast within quarter and that the appropriate deal process has been completed via Salesforce.com and that all contact data is maintained for these key end user accounts
- Provide accurate and timely forecasts such that the data contained within Salesforce.com accurately reflects the current quarter position and outlook for following quarter.
- Use of defined account templates and business plans with these partners
- Represent RSA in a professional manner at all times, observing decent standards of dress and behavior on all occasions
- Must be able to network effectively within the industry
- Achieve both the quarterly and annual sales goals as detailed in the annual compensation plan.
- Engage with any person at RSA to effectively deliver against our sales objectives and goals
- Contribute to the development of our marketing and business development business areas to ensure that sales efforts are aligned with the company goals
