Lubricants & Specialties Latin America Customer Service Center The Lubricants & Specialties Latin America Customer Service Center is responsible for executing a part of the OTC (Order to Cash) process. Activities include set up of customers, receive/input their orders, bill them, work on the collection process and apply the payments received. EXAMPLES OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES • Primary contact for customers. • Placing orders & following order to cash process to ensure flawless activity. • Advising product availability & lead-time. • Handling complaints and solving various types of queries. • Cooperation with logistics (plant, haulier, distributor). • Cooperation with Territory Managers (Sales Representative within a particular country). • Close contact with other departments (AR DCP, Billing, Treasurers, Sales Support etc) - managing interface between customer and Business Support Center. • Communicating backorders to customers. • Creation and deletion of accounts in SAP. • Modification of data (structure, TMs, pricing procedure, Pay. terms, etc). • Creation of new rebates. • Rebates settlement, creation of the credit notes. QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED Academic Bachelor's Degree in any Engineering discipline, Business Administration, Marketing, or Economics. Other. • Solid organizational, communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong computer based analytical skills. • Able to work effectively in a team and be readily able to adapt to change and evolving priorities. • Advanced English skills.
