•Global Real Estate & Facilities
Global Real Estate & Facilities (GREF) is responsible to provide real estate and facility services at competitive costs to business lines. Our focus is to deliver safe and reliable work environment resulting in a place free of accidents for every employees and visitors inside ExxonMobil affiliates facilities.
Activities include identification and management of the risks at safety, security, health and environment.

EXAMPLES OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Operation and maintenance of office buildings.
• Building utilities management.
• Provision of business related support services such as mail, convenience copiers, reprographics, food services and conference services.
• Provision of guidance and support to small business operated offices in regard to office safety, security, benchmarking, recommended practices, and functional stewardship of facilities related costs.
• Coordination and provision of guidance concerning the storage, retention, and destruction of physical and electronic information and records.

QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil, Industrial), Business Administration, Economy.

•Occupational Health
This division creates value and operates by protecting the health of our employee, business partners and customers through evidence-based, cost-effective occupational health services which meet applicable regulations and company policies. Occupational health involves the management of health as it relates to work. It includes the effects that health can have on fitness for work and the effects that work may have on worker health.

This area provides the following services:
• Clinical Occupational Health Services.
• Industrial Hygiene Services.
• Health Assessment.
• Business Travel Services.
• Emergency Response.

•Environment

This division assists the Affiliate in:
• Advising on the environment policy and developing guidance.
• Assessing overall corporate environmental performance.
• Supporting internal and external environmental communication.
• Developing improvement strategies consistent with the Corporate Environment Policy and business needs.
• Facilitating the integration of those strategies with other business plans.

•Safety

This division is responsible for providing leadership, expertise and support to the Affiliate organization and management in planning, analysis and implementation of safety policies. Related projects may include:
• Development, maintenance and improvement of the safety management system.
• Observing safety practices in the workplace, helping contract personnel correct potentially hazardous practices and providing remedial training for worker safety.
• Assessments and performance analysis.
• Public policy issues & risk management (regulatory and industry affairs).
• Operations and management support.
• Emergency response preparedness.
• Technology planning and transfer.
• Regulatory information.

EXAMPLES OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assisting in the planning, preparation and analysis of SHE performance information.
• Risk assessments.
• Development and coordination of SHE management systems and programs.
• Developing environmental evaluations and impact assessments for oil and gas.
• Providing regulatory interpretation and compliance consultation.
• Providing technical support to regulatory/legislative advocacy activity.
• Coordinating environmental performance benchmarking and trend.
• Promoting and supporting environmental performance improvements.
• Conducting specialized technical analyses to support environmental work for new and existing projects.
• Developing technology to improve environmental assessment and response capabilities.
• Serve in an advisory role on hazard and risk issues.
• Performing health risk analysis to identify potential health risks and associated company and regulatory requirements.
• Developing and implementing Occupational Health Management Systems to manage health risks.
• Provide or coordinate actions to facilitate prompt, adequate and appropriate treatment of affected employee and establish recommendations for return to work.
• Provide recommendation of Work Limitations and fitness for duty.
• Conduct pre-employment assessments.

QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED:
Bachelor’s Degree in any Engineering discipline and/or technicians, Nurse or Doctor.

•Public Affairs
Public Affairs handles all aspects with exposure to internal communications, external media interfaces, research, project work, governmental relations and emergency response communications.

EXAMPLES OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Monitor the activities of and interact with representatives of local, state, federal or international legislative and regulatory agencies.
• Conduct research in preparation of socio-political-economic risk analysis.
• Plan, write/produce employee, customer and marketing communications: electronic, print, video, exhibits or Internet/intranet.
• Research and write speeches for senior executives.
• Advise management on potential public affairs implications of business situations/actions and develop and recommend communications strategies.
• Develop responses and reply to news media questions, write news releases.
• Work on community/philanthropic projects.
• Identify and analyze public issues with potential interest to the Corporation; recommend and implement strategies to address these issues.
• Maintain capability to respond to the communications aspects of an emergency; implement plans when needed.

QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED:
Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Public Affairs, Political Science and/or International Studies.

Law
The Law Department performs counseling for all legal functions regarding application and interpretation of existing legislation, case law, litigation management, etc. Our lawyers work as strategic business partners, delivering their services to all organization levels.

QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED: Graduated Lawyer
