Searching the best talent for: Professional Sales Representative for ASP

General description:

Responsible for achieving ASP product sales to new and established hospital accounts, to accomplish sales objectives and increase market penetration.

This job is eligible for sales incentives/sales commissions.

Main Responsabilities :

- Creates a plan to achieve objectives through sales and servicing all hospital accounts in a prescribed territory.
- Schedules appointments and makes preplanned sales presentations to customers.
- Initiates contact and schedules appointments with potential new customers.
- Makes regular visits to customer locations to gather information on orders and market conditions.
- Identifies customer needs and recommends new products to address them.
- Trains customers in current and new products.
- Develops customer and product focused presentation packages for sales.
- Prepares sales reports and documents as required.
- Follows up with customers to resolve any issues and ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborates with other departments to ensure a timely resolution.
- Develops and maintains sales forecast and submits to management
Reports to: ASP Sales Manager

Qualifications


Experience:

- Minimum 5 year in sales in hospital markets
- Knowledge of both private and government sectors
- Background: Life sciences, administrative

- Requires strong communication, organisational, analytical skills, leadership, and customer service oriented.
- Must be hands on and have sense of urgency.
- Ability to manage conflicts in an open and constructive manner.
- Proven track record in delivering results
- Industry related experience preferred in the Medical Devices
- Travel requirement: up to 10%
- Proactive, used to work under pressure, results oriented, strong negotiation skills
- Fluent in english
- MBA not a must but great to have
